Amazon's Small Business Academy: Do We Need One More?

Is there a shortage of small-business academies, institutions, schools, etc., etc., etc.? Don't we have enough? Amazon thinks there is a need for one more and is investing its resources to launch a new one. For the rest of us who are not Amazon, is Amazon's effort worthwhile?
